Activating an app
Paid and early-access ActNow apps are unlocked with a code. Here is how it works, on and off the internet.
Steps
Activate in a minute

Download the app
From its page or your account. Open the disk image and drag the app to Applications.

Enter your code
Open the app: it asks for a code. Paste the one from your email or your account page (Copy code). Dashes, spaces and lower case are fine.

That's it
The app checks the code with actnow.dev once and then works offline. It checks again about once a week when it is online.
Questions
Macs, offline use and renewals
Two at a time. The Macs using a code are listed on your Licences page. Using the code again on the same Mac (after reinstalling, say) does not take another place.
