Features

Every mail account, sorted on your Mac

One inbox

Every account, in one calm list

Add Gmail, iCloud, Yahoo, Fastmail, QQ Mail, NetEase (163/126), Aliyun, Tencent Exmail or any IMAP server with an app password; Inboxly shows where to make one. Mail arrives within a minute, sorted into Primary, Updates and Promotions, and To reply lists what waits for you.

  • Single keys for everything: E archives, S snoozes, # deletes, with Undo
  • Chinese folder names shown as they are
  • The reading pane on the right or below, three densities

Read safely

Nothing loads until you say so

HTML mail shows without scripts and without reaching the internet until you load its images. Tracking pixels and link trackers are removed, and mail that looks like phishing is flagged with its reasons: who it imitates, the look-alike domain, the pressure.

  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC explained on the sender's card
  • Programs disguised as documents are blocked
  • Sign-in codes on top, copied in one click

AI on your Mac

Summaries, replies and drafts, written here

A one-line summary of each conversation, its key points and what it asks of you; three suggested replies; a draft from one sentence, with the details it doesn't know left as [placeholders]; a rewrite shorter, friendlier or more formal. Apple Intelligence or the family's model writes, on your Mac.

  • Action cards add events to Calendar and to-dos to Reminders
  • Mail that looks like phishing is never summarised

Ask your mailbox

Ask, and get the answer with its sources

Ask a question in ⌘K, like "when is the October invoice due?": Inboxly reads the mail that matches and answers, citing the messages it read. When the mail doesn't say, it says so plainly.

Write

Reply where you read, and take it back

Reply under the conversation, or write in a window of your own, in rich text or Markdown. Send waits ten seconds with Undo, Send later picks a time, templates fill the usual, and Remind me if no reply brings it back when nobody answers.

Sort and later

Rules, categories, snooze

Move a sender to another category and their mail follows. Make your own categories from a sentence, set rules, unsubscribe in one click, block senders, and snooze conversations to tomorrow, the weekend or next week.

On the Mac

⌃⌥⌘N

In the menu bar, in Spotlight, behind Touch ID

Unread mail in the menu bar, a new message from any app with ⌃⌥⌘N, notifications with Reply, Archive and Copy code, your conversations in Spotlight, Share to Inboxly from any app, and a Touch ID lock. A small helper sends scheduled mail while Inboxly is closed.

Privacy

Your mail stays on your Mac

Inboxly talks only to your mail servers. Sorting, search, summaries and drafts all run on the Mac, and nothing needs an account.

  1. 01Search by meaning, summaries, replies and drafts come from models on your Mac (Apple Intelligence or the family's model).
  2. 02Remote images and trackers load only when you ask; company logos are off unless you turn them on.
  3. 03Inboxly connects only to your mail servers, to download models and to check for updates.
  4. 04No usage data, crash reports or identifiers; diagnostics leave only when you send them, with addresses masked.
